Overview

All items in this store are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party provider (Printify). We do not handle returns, refunds, or exchanges directly.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please submit a claim directly through Printify by following the instructions from their Refund and Return policy.

To be eligible:

  • Submit a claim within 30 days of delivery
  • Include photos showing the issue
  • Provide your order number

There is no need to contact us. Printify will review your claim and handle any eligible reprints or refunds.

Please not

  • Returns are not accepted for incorrect size, color choices, or buyer’s remorse.
  • A 0.5″ print variance is within industry standards and not considered a defect.
  • Shipments that fail due to incorrect addresses are the buyer’s responsibility. You may request a reprint at additional cost through Printify.

Non-returnable items

  • Personal and health related items are non-returnable under any condition.
